Epona’s Aries (SWB)

This year, we decided to choose a stallion by Diamant de Semilly—a combination that complements CCStud’s Nigeunerin well. Given that we had long admired Elvis Ter Putte in the sport, the choice naturally fell on his full brother, the elite stallion Favorit Ask. The breeding season resulted in two embryos, and eleven months later, Aries and her full sister Libra were born. After Libra was sold at the SWB Elite Foal Auction, we decided to keep Aries for our breeding and sport program.

 

Epona’s Aries has a beautiful black head and long legs. She is an independent foal with a strong sense of self and moves with excellent balance.

 

Grandmother Ageunerin VDL has produced 13 offsprings. Thanks to the successful performances of her offspring, she has been awarded the title of Elite Mare. Some of her offsprings include:

•CCStud’s Fidelity (SWB) 9178. Approved stallion, born 2010 (by Monte Bellini). Results in 1.50m showjumping level.

•Ginerin CC, mare, born 2011 (by Stokdals Livanos). Results in 1.40m showjumping level. Ginerin CC is also the dam of CC Stud’s Money Maker (by Bamako de Muze), who has achieved placings at 1.50m with Alice Tapper.

•CCStud’s Jetset, gelding, born 2014 (by Monte Bellini). Results in 1.45m showjumping level.

•CCStud’s Kruezerin, mare, born 2015 (by Cordess). Results in 1.50m showjumping level.

•CCStud’s Nigeunerin mare (2018). Gemini’s mother and she competes nationally with Sandra Jacobsson
